Hi there!

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for taking the time to read about our family.  We would love the opportunity to learn about you and the future you envision for your child. 

A little bit about us, in January of 2017 we both “swiped right” and went on our first date. We quickly fell in love and got engaged on Easter Sunday in 2018. In September of 2019 we said “I do”  in Gettysburg, PA (where Abraham Lincoln arrived to deliver the Gettysburg address). We purchased our home in 2019 right before the pandemic hit.

We live in the Northern Virginia area, about an hour away from Washington, DC. Our house is nestled right on the edge of town. We love that our community has both a small town and big city feel. We have the highest ranked public school system and the lowest crime rate in the region. Matt works as an HR Specialist with a government agency and KC works for the local government where she provides support and resources to small business owners. 

In 2022, we welcomed our first child to the world, Alan. Sadly, Alan passed away the day he was born due to a rare genetic condition. One of the many ways we honor Alan is through our church by serving others. We are very active in several ministries in our church that focus on the following topics such as women in unplanned pregnancies, father’s in unplanned pregnancies, foster & adoption support groups, and children’s ministry. 

We are thrilled to be growing our family through adoption. We can’t wait to see what God has planned for our family.
